It is a small room, deliberately so, set up for one person at a time.
There is a table, some chairs where we sit and talk first, and everything I work with within reach.
The doors open onto the garden. You will hear birds for most of the session, and sometimes you will hear the weather coming across the hills, which people often say they love.

What a session here looks like
Every session starts the same way. A pot of herbal tea, and a conversation about what has brought you.
If it is your first time we will go through your intake form together, and I will explain how I work before we start anything.
Then you lie down on the table, fully clothed, with a pillow and a bolster and a blanket if you would like one.
I adjust all of that for whatever your body needs on the day.
What happens from there depends on you. Some sessions stay almost entirely with muscle testing. Some move into Spinal Energetics. Often Reiki comes in. Most move gently between the three.

Things to know
GETTING HERE
About 55 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, and a few minutes from Belgrave, Kallista, Selby and Monbulk.
PARKING
There is parking on the property, so there is no need to find a spot on the road.
ACCESS
There are steps up to the room, so it is not wheelchair accessbile. If steps are difficult, tell me when you book and we will find a way that works.
CATS
The Patch is cat-friendly, and the kitties may come and say hello during your session. Please let me know if you'd like them to stay out of the room.

Realign

One and a half hours. A full intuitive Kinesiology balance, or Spinal Energetics + a Nervous System Kinesiology balance. My most popular session and the one I usually recommend.
You book a length of time rather than a modality. Not sure which? Ask me first, I would rather you did.

A lake with islands and a bridge, and the walk down to it through the trees. Absolutely stunning no matter what time of year.
